I've been to NY in the fall only once. But all it took was once to know how it is simply gorgeous there. With yesterday being 9/11, I've been thinking about NYC and the inhabitants, wondering how they are coping with the memories. Coupled with the fact that fall is nearly upon us, I began to think specifically about NYC in the fall. I recently watched You've Got Mail, one of my favorite movies featuring two of my favorite actors - Hanks and Ryan obviously.
Which leads me to what I think is one of the best movie lines, EVER, straight from that movie: "Don't you love New York in the fall? It makes me wanna buy school supplies. I would send you a bouquet of newly sharpened pencils if I knew your name and address." Classic.
